Location: Canberra CBD/WFH Flex (1 day in per week)

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Analyst with strong expertise in Tricentis TOSCA to join a forward-thinking team driving impactful digital transformation initiatives. This role offers the chance to contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality software solutions that improve system resilience and streamline critical services.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis TOSCA.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and optimise test environments.
  • Apply best practice testing standards across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Provide technical guidance on automation strategies while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.

About You

  • Proven experience in TOSCA test automation design, execution, and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies across multiple test phases.
  • Experience in Agile/DevOps environments with a focus on continuous testing and delivery.
  • Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of government ICT standards is highly desirable.
