Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused leader to support the site manager with day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, inspiring their team to deliver exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.

In addition, they will assist with rostering to meet operational needs, manage food preparation and handling in accordance with safety standards, and contribute to meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong passion for customer service and team leadership
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach to challenges
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekdays and weekends
  • Adaptability and confidence in using technology
