Site Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the job site, ensuring prompt and efficient progress of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and run projects including piping and tank installation, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, fire codes, and building codes.
- Supervise daily crew activities, planning for tomorrow, and training crew members to take on increasing responsibilities.
- Communicate project requirements to Installation Managers and customers, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing mandatory rules, correcting potential hazards, and requiring proper personal protective equipment.
Requirements:
- Heavy equipment operation experience, including track hoe, backhoe, and sheet piling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train crew members.
- Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement changes to improve operations.
- Experience with rental equipment and materials scheduling and call-off procedures.
