Job Summary

As a Senior Procurement and Contracts Administrator, you will provide expert procurement advice and contract administration services for high-value and high/medium-risk contracts.

This is a temporary full-time opportunity based in Brisbane CBD, with flexible work arrangements available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring contract performance and compliance.
  • Supporting business-led sourcing activities.
  • Advising on procurement frameworks and supplier arrangements.
  • Drafting contract variations and extensions.
  • Building procurement capability across the organisation.
  • Contributing to governance, risk management, and strategic planning.

This role requires strong experience in procurement and contract administration, knowledge of Queensland Government procurement frameworks, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, high-level analytical and report-writing capabilities, and Procurement Certification Level 3 (highly regarded).
