About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our team at Holding Redlich. As a key member of our National Office services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and supporting our front and back of house catering operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing beverage services to clients and internal meetings
  • Meeting room setup and clearing
  • Maintaining relationships with catering suppliers and internal clients
  • Assisting with stock ordering and control
  • Maintaining staff kitchen areas, including delivery of stock and coffee machine maintenance
  • Providing professional boardroom wait assistance for functions
  • Providing reception cover as required

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in food and beverage service and event catering operations. You will possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a professional personal appearance, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Strong organisational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet are essential attributes for success in this role. You will also hold a RSA certificate and have experience as a barista.
