Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Mobile Home Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through the home loan process.

Your primary goal will be to assist everyday Australians in achieving their dream of homeownership by identifying opportunities, pursuing leads, and building strong connections with potential customers.

  • Drive new business growth by proactively identifying opportunities and pursuing leads.
  • Develop and maintain a robust referral network of external partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance and accurately submitting loans.

You will work closely with our lenders to identify and engage potential referrals through targeted outreach strategies and networking, generating new business opportunities from the ground up.

This role offers the flexibility to organise your weekly schedule, allowing you to actively engage with customers and proactively drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated success in sales or business development, ideally within financial services or lending.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic pipeline.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a talent for creating long-term, positive client and partner relationships.
  • A self-starter mindset with ambition and a collaborative spirit.

You will also have deep experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in lending, and a solid understanding of the home lending process.
