About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Centre Director to lead the development of our new purpose-built centre, which includes an autism-specific preschool. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing your team while building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of early childhood professionals
  • Deliver excellent pedagogical practice informed by the Early Years Learning Framework and best practice in inclusion
  • Experience delivering inclusive and integrated services for families, particularly vulnerable and disadvantaged families
  • Have a strong working knowledge of all areas of the National Quality Framework
  • Have a commitment to safety and a strong working knowledge of all areas of the National Quality Framework
