**Job Description:**

The Regional Operations Lead will oversee the performance of a portfolio of up to 11 campuses in Sydney, from Glebe to Penrith. This includes operational performance, occupancy, family experience, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Campus Directors across the region.
  • Deliver commercial outcomes by optimising revenue, managing costs, and achieving EBITDA targets.
  • Act as a conduit between campus teams and central support functions.
  • Collaborate with other Regional Operations Leaders across the Eastern Seaboard.

This is a key regional leadership opportunity with scope to shape outcomes across multiple campuses and develop the next generation of leaders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in multi-site or area management, ideally in early childhood education or a related people-centred sector.

They will have excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with a collaborative and supportive style.

They must be able to coach, mentor, and uplift leaders, tailoring their approach to different individuals and contexts.

A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the region are essential.
