The Opportunity- Provide strategic leadership across both programs, ensuring high-quality, accessibility, and scalability.

- Drive program growth and innovation to improve outcomes for older people, self-represented litigants, and communities.
- Strengthen partnerships with health, aged care, courts, tribunals, and regulators.
- Embed human-centred design, digital transformation, and lived experience in service delivery.
- Lead a team of managers and lawyers, fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Manage workforce planning, risk, and funding relationships with government and philanthropic partners.
- Contribute to the organization's broader strategic and reform agenda as a member of the executive leadership team.
