This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with residents, supporting them by linking them to relevant services and resources. You'll also maintain accurate wellbeing records and assist with care planning.

What We're Looking For

  • A warm, empathetic approach and genuine care for older people">

  • Experience in lifestyle, wellbeing, or community-based programs is a plus"]
