We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Wellbeing Coordinator to help shape our community in Campbelltown. As one of the nation's largest retirement living providers, we're creating communities that prioritise wellbeing, connection, and quality of life.

About The Role
  • Design and deliver engaging programs that promote social connection, wellbeing, and a true sense of belonging.
  • Work directly with residents to create a warm, inclusive, and joyful community.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a monthly calendar of activities and wellbeing initiatives.
  2. Coordinate events that build community connection and resident engagement.
  3. Support residents by linking them to relevant services and resources.
  4. Maintain accurate wellbeing records and assist with care planning.
  5. Build partnerships with local groups to enhance village life.
  6. Conduct regular checks of medical alert systems to ensure safety.
Requirements
  • A warm, empathetic approach and genuine care for older people.
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and a current First Aid Certificate are highly regarded.
  • Experience in lifestyle, wellbeing, or community-based programs is a plus.
