This role oversees high-quality service delivery, provides guidance in assessment, case formulation and treatment, and fosters a flexible, adaptive practice environment with staff and external service providers.

What You\'ll Be Doing
The Team Leader will lead the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) in the provision of recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care guided by evidence-based practice, collaboration with others, and ongoing quality improvement.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria
- AHPRA Registration in Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Psychology, or eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers. Psychologist is required to hold a Master Degree. Current NSW driver's license. Relevant management tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent work experience. Allied Health positions require minimum experience as a Level 2 clinician.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a clinical team.
- Extensive experience in and commitment to the management and treatment of consumers with significant mental health issues and disabilities in a community setting, including experience in the application of the Mental Health Act and other relevant legislation.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication and computer literacy in Microsoft applications, rostering and electronic medical record systems.
- Demonstrated experience in leading change in the context of service improvement.
- Evidence of a commitment to working in partnership with consumers, carers, internal and external stakeholders.
