The Team Leader oversees the Assertive Outreach Team based in Pennant Hills, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering a collaborative practice environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care, guided by evidence-based practice and ongoing quality improvement.
- Ensure AHPRA Registration in Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Psychology, or eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers.
- Manage a clinical team, overseeing service delivery, assessment, case formulation and treatment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a clinical team.
- Extensive experience in managing consumers with significant mental health issues and disabilities in a community setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Microsoft applications, rostering and electronic medical record systems.
