Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and oversee content production processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment
  • Manage daily workflow and deadlines across the editorial team, maintaining open communication and collaboration
  • Mentor writers and social producers to enhance skills and maintain exceptional content standards
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies and drive positive outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor activity and industry trends to inform content direction and ensure relevance
  • Support the planning and execution of key content projects, championing brand voice and editorial excellence

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in content creation and management, including leadership roles
