Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our advisory practice across various vertical markets in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business strategies with senior client management
  • Manage and optimize production processes
  • Execute projects involving process technologies
  • Manage start-ups, commissioning, and ramp-ups
  • Champion the group's interests to major customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Refine strategic direction for the regional advisory group
  • Ensure organizational capacity is in place
  • Provide ongoing direction and developmental support to the team
  • Align culture, values, metrics, and governance of the advisory group with the overall organization
Reporting:

Regular and proactive reporting to the Global Head of Advisory and the Regional MD on results and plans going forward is essential.
