Regional Director Advisory Services Australia

Job Description:We are seeking a highly accomplished individual to lead and drive the advisory practice across vertical markets in Australia. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading a team finding solutions for clients across mining, metals, energy, and infrastructure businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refine and implement the strategic direction for the regional advisory group.
- Ensure organizational capacity is in place to deliver on regional plans.
- Champion the group's interests to major customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing direction and developmental support to the team.
- Align the regional advisory team with the objectives and direction of the advisory group overall and the region.
- Report regularly and proactively to senior management on results and plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior consulting/leadership capacity preferably with experience in engineering.
- A strong understanding of industry trends and competitors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to articulate key points persuasively and negotiate skillfully.
