As our highly valued Manager, Business Advisory Services, you will contribute to ensuring a bright future for Queensland, Australia and our global partners. You will do this with people who want you to grow and progress.
Reporting to the Director, Advisory Services and Regions, you will have the opportunity to lead the Business Advisory Services Unit. Partnering with the Director, Advisory Services and Regions and General Manager, Qld Operations you will play a key role in actively contributing to TIQ's strategic direction to ensure a robust client pipeline and consistent client advisory services across the global organisation.Based in Brisbane, here's what your role will involve:

- In collaboration with the General Manager, QLD Operations, project manage the establishment and implementation of the new client engagement business unit.
- Lead the implementation of a robust client pipeline and consistent client advisory services across TIQ's global organisation.
- Enhance and refine the principles of the current client engagement model to encourage improved practices in facilitating client engagement.
- Oversee the entire client engagement model, from inception to ongoing aftercare, for both new and existing clients.
- Drive commercial trade and investment outcomes in collaboration with the Director and contribute to the administrative and operational management of the team.
- Initiate and implement innovative projects and initiatives aligned to the QLD Trade and Investment Strategy and the wider TIQ/Queensland Government.
- Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and support to the team, fostering a high-performing, adaptable, and collaborative work environment. Stay current with industry and sector trends as well as government policies to align with the priority sectors in Queensland.
