We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the Northern Territory.

Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $74,000 - $76,750, plus superannuation and bonus incentives.

Job Description

As an Assistant Manager at ALH Hotels, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every time. You'll manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting and rostering team members, and providing excellent customer service.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop and grow the business through your own initiatives, bringing your passion for good food and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hospitality or retail leadership experience, preferably with exposure to food, bars, and gaming environments.
  • Able to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team to achieve business targets.
  • Operational expertise to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Highly developed customer service skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
