About Retail Management:
At Spotlight Retail Group (SRG), we are seeking a highly skilled Departmental Leadership Position to join our team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving KPI targets, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations
- Achieve sales growth and meet regular KPI targets
- Build a department team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead by example and communicate management expectations
- High volume stock management
- Merchandising inline with business expectations
- Launching catalogue campaigns
- Recruitment and training functions
- Stocktakes and integrity initiatives
Requirements:
- Retail management experience is a must
- High volume or big box stock volume management is preferred
- Owner's mindset in leadership style
- Passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals
- Experience in development and performance plans
- Resilient problem solver with strong innovation and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- First aid certified or willing to be trained
