Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team in Hervey Bay. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality front-line customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  2. Support the warehouse with general administrative tasks and stock take functions.
  3. Prioritize and enter sales orders, process any changes, and ensure all administration tasks are completed within requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain knowledge of key roles in the branch.
  5. Assist with stock take processes, coordinate administration and reporting of consumables, and complete general branch and warehouse administration tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration is essential.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • High attention to detail, tidy appearance, and previous experience in a sales/production environment are desirable.
  • Certificate in Business Administration or similar qualification is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is advantageous.
