About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Community Health team. As a Community Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes and community settings.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide advanced nursing practices in primary healthcare, driving the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies and programs to achieve optimal health outcomes for clients.
  • Deliver palliative care to clients and support carers and families in community settings when entering the terminal phase.
  • Take ownership of practice standards, delegate tasks effectively, and support the growth of team members.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate. You will also require at least 3 years of full-time equivalent post-registration experience.
