Key Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary design projects primarily through the Estate Works Program (EWP) and Project Delivery Services (PDS) Contract.

The successful candidate will play an active role in improving project management processes and approach, driving delivery excellence and efficiency within our business.

  • Manage EWP projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards in a Defence environment.
  • Foster collaboration across internal project teams and industry delivery partners.
  • Proactively manage issues, drive decision making, and lead resolution pathways.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks for Defence clients.
  • Manage technical and quality assurance activities relating to Defence infrastructure design and safety analysis.
  • Provide mentorship to staff seeking to develop knowledge and experience in major infrastructure project delivery.

About This Role

  • Relevant experience leading project delivery in building services, infrastructure, refurbishment, civil or maritime fields, with Defence experience preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering desirable.
  • Australian citizenship and ability to achieve current baseline security clearance.
