Leisure Centre Team Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth in a fast-paced leisure centre environment.
Your primary focus will be on leading and managing a cross-functional team to achieve sales targets, improve patron experience, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven leadership skills, the ability to motivate and develop others, and a strong understanding of industry sectors such as Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism, Retail, or Business.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all operational elements of the leisure centre are managed effectively, including revenue, people, processes, and pool operations.
Priorities will include:
- Sales: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
- Patron Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences and improve patron satisfaction
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
