About This Role

We are seeking a driven and charismatic leader to spearhead the delivery of exceptional customer experiences in our leisure centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating a high-performance culture, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a culture of excellence by leading by example, inspiring teams, and promoting employee engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships with local authorities to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric service proposition that addresses the needs of our diverse client base.
  • IDentify opportunities for staff development and create career progression paths that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain facilities to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for influencing and negotiating outcomes.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing operational, financial, and people plans to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid (Level 2).
  • National Police Check.
  • Loyal working rights in Australia.
  • Possession of a Pool Operations Certificate or ability to complete the course.
