Leisure Centre Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results and centre-wide performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage sales, customer experience, and risk mitigation across all centre functions.
- Lead by example, possessing skills across all centre operations including health and safety compliance, pool operations, and program participation.
- Drive leisure centre attendance and program participation within a context of health, safety, and compliance.
- Royal Life Saving Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Royal Life Saving Pool Operations Certificate.
A motivated individual with excellent customer service, sales skills, and a track record of achieving targets and KPIs is required. Proven team leadership or people management skills are essential, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
