Enterprise IT Specialist

As a senior engineer, you will work collaboratively with customers, management, and peers to design, configure, and implement the Windows 11 endpoint environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide continuous availability of services through incident, change, and problem management
  • Deliver project-based enhancements and system migrations
  • Develop and deploy Standard Operating Environments (SOEs) and Managed Objectives (MOEs), including Windows updates, Advanced Group Policy Management, Task Sequence creation and management, and deployment in an enterprise setting
Requirements:
  • Proven experience consulting or working in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) / System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, patching, and management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft InTune and migrating tasks and policies from MECM
  • Expertise in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing SOEs/MOEs
