Mobile Device Management Expert

We seek a highly skilled Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the administration and support of enterprise MDM platforms across Defence environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support enterprise MDM platforms including security policies, application distribution, and asset tracking.
  • Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices to ensure compliance with Defence security policies and standards.
  • Implement and maintain mobile security frameworks to safeguard Defence assets.
  • Monitor compliance and performance metrics of mobile devices, providing detailed reporting and remediation recommendations.
  • Support integration of MDM systems with identity and access management tools such as Azure AD and conditional access.
  • Collaborate with Defence stakeholders, ICT teams, and cyber specialists to ensure consistent, secure, and scalable mobile device operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing enterprise MDM solutions within large or secure organisations.
  • Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android), device compliance management, and app deployment strategies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, secure mobile configurations, and information security risk management.
  • Familiarity with Defence security requirements and frameworks including ISM and PSPF guidelines.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work autonomously or within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
