About the Role

As a Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business, delivering comprehensive support to real estate software and industry-related users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical solutions and identify escalation requirements.
  • Liaise with other internal departments to resolve queries.
  • Empower clients to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in simple terms.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to take initiative and seek direction as appropriate.
