Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled software developer to lead our team in designing, building, and maintaining middleware integrations that support our health messaging systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to analyze ICT system issues and design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Leverage agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Promote software best practices across the organization, including development, architecture, security, and testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to develop and deliver innovative software solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and supporting complex systems and applications in large organizations, with a minimum of 3 years' experience using recent versions of Rhapsody (or other health-related middleware), HL7, Oracle SQL, and architectural patterns such as REST, SOAP, and Service-Oriented Architectures.
  • Desirable experience in .NET (C#) application development and Java-based backend systems.
  • Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including DevOps and Git, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present and promote software solutions effectively.
Skills We Value:
  • Expertise in Rhapsody or similar health-related middleware
  • Proficiency in HL7 and Oracle SQL
  • Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and Service-Oriented Architectures
  • Experience in .NET (C#) and Java-based backend systems
