Role Overview

We seek an experienced industrial refrigeration technician to join our team in Brisbane. Reporting directly to the service manager, this role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability. Your primary responsibilities will involve performing routine and unplanned maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems, ensuring timely completion of paperwork, fostering professional relationships with customers, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled service & maintenance tasks for industrial refrigeration systems
  • Achieve accurate and timely completion of required documentation related to work performed
  • Nurture and maintain high-quality working relationships with our valued clients
  • Comply strictly with all site-specific safety guidelines, as well as company policies and statutory regulations at all times
  • Actively participate in mandatory company training sessions and regular service meetings

Requirements:

  • Be a qualified or experienced Refrigeration Mechanic holding a current ARC license and Restricted Electrical license
  • Possess a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in industrial refrigeration would be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and meet deadlines
  • A proven track record of successfully working individually and as part of a team

Earning Potential:

We offer a competitive annual salary of around AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 depending on experience, along with additional incentives based on performance and contributions to the team.
