Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, providing solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical savvy, with proficiency in using various software and systems.
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to problem-solve and take initiative, with a strong attention to detail.
