Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Property Manager Administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process Residential Tenancy lease documents, including renewals and new tenancies.
  • Establish strong working relationships with other Real Estate agencies during handover and/or collection of management.
  • Facilitate the tenant vacate process, liaising with outside organizations as required.
  • Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors as directed.
  • Process Management Authority renewals efficiently.
  • Undertake general ad hoc Property Management tasks when system audits are required.
  • Provide relief front desk support for the reception team if needed.
About You
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry would be highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Docusign, Microsoft, and Reapit software for Property Management purposes would be beneficial.
  • High levels of attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities are necessary.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing situations are crucial.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the organization is vital.
  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks while adapting to priority changes is essential.
