About the role:

- We are seeking a permanent full-time Assistant Property Manager to work with our close-knit team. Working alongside a full-time Property Management Team you will be challenged whilst being supported to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside with the Senior Property Manager
- Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors’ communication
- Assist with rent arrears
- Assisting with the coordination of maintenance
- Property Management administration
- Scheduling and conducting routine inspections on the portfolio
- Assisting with preparing property reports ie: ingoing, outgoing & quarterly inspections

- High attention to detail-
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills-
- Good at multi-tasking and time management-
- High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.-
- Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team-
