Fabrication Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities:
As a Fabrication Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and processing administration tasks in relation to internal and external orders, including invoices, freight invoices, and freight costing, supplier invoices, and compiling payment lists.
- Processing all administrative tasks relating to branch operations, including mail and freight processing, ordering office consumables, coordinating branch meetings, and filing.
- Providing administrative assistance to the State General Manager, Fabrication Manager, and Service Supervisor.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, management, and staff consistent with a commitment to excellence.
- Assisting the State General Manager with stock control and coordinating stock takes.
- Ensuring that employee safety is regarded as the highest priority, with zero major/lost-time injuries.
Requirements:
- Well-developed administration skills, with excellent planning, customer service, and coordination skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and handle multiple demands effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent teamwork skills to work as part of a team to ensure we meet team goals and individual goals.
- Strong financial background, with experience in Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Purchase Orders, and Debt Collection.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Packages.
- A positive, flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude and approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work extra hours when required.
- A current Australian driver's license.
- A valid right to live and work in Australia.
- Previous experience or exposure in fabrication/production is highly desirable.
- Certificate III in Business Administration or related fields is highly regarded.
