
Business Operations Coordinator

Key Job Responsibilities
- Process timesheets, overtime & TIL, and allowances
- Labor costing, invoicing, and accounts payable administration
- Maintain accurate records of job-related quality, training records, and leave rosters
- Provide reception services at depots and assist with procurement of materials, plant, and equipment
- Perform duties of accepting deliveries of goods and services made at depots
- Manage administrative tasks including FBT administration and Corporate Card record keeping
- Provide support to Works Supervisors and Team Leaders with administration support to People Operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar or comparable role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Knowledge of digital tools and software applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
