Campus Office Administrator

Key to a campus's operational efficiency is a skilled administrator who can effectively coordinate administrative tasks and support staff. This role requires the ability to provide high-quality administrative services, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing front desk reception and secretarial duties
  • Supporting teachers with administrative tasks and ensuring they have necessary materials and information
  • Coordinating student enrolment processes and managing student records
  • Managing general parent and student enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Monitoring petty cash and processing purchase requests

Required skills and experience include:

  • School administration experience or relevant industry experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
