Business Partner Finance Role

At PolyNovo, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner Finance professional to join our Finance Team. This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality financial planning and analysis across multiple regions.

  • Deliver FP&A and reporting solutions across UK, EMEA, India, and corporate shared services.
  • Prepare and present budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance results to regional leadership teams.
  • Support commercial leaders in preparation of periodic business reviews.
  • Provide variance analysis and actionable insights.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop regular sales analysis, pricing reviews, and margin analysis for group commercial reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain commercial P&L statements, KPI dashboards, and metrics.
Business Intelligence and Analytics Development
  • Support BI reporting, dashboard development, and data analytics to enhance decision-making across the business.
  • Build in-house BI expertise for critical reporting functions.
