Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Funeral Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our arrangement team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting families through their most vulnerable time.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Ashes Returns: You will be the primary point of contact for families in Victoria, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Arranging Memorial Ceremonies: You will work closely with families to plan and execute memorial ceremonies that honor their loved ones.
- Customer Support: You will provide exceptional customer support, answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Logistics and Coordination: You will coordinate logistics, ceremony arrangements, and communicate funeral service details to families and their extended networks.
- Going Above and Beyond: You will strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience, being flexible and patient with requests.
- Content Contribution: You will contribute to Bare Cremation's content and resources, ensuring families are well-informed, supported, and empowered.
- Passion for Helping Others: You must have a driving passion to help people in their greatest time of need.
- Customer Focus: You must be dedicated to delivering a truly great customer experience.
- Attention to Detail: You must have strong attention to detail and methodical under pressure.
- Valid Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license and be prepared to drive throughout VIC.
