- Experience in a service-driven organization, preferably in the funeral industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Current Justice of the Peace status or eligibility to become certified.
