We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated In-Home Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team at Programmed Health Professionals.

As an In-Home Physiotherapy Specialist, you will work closely with our Clinical Manager to grow our business in Adelaide within the aged care sector.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess clients' strengths and abilities and create personalized exercise programs to help them achieve their independence goals.

You will work collaboratively with our Transitional Care Program (TCP) team to ensure clients are meeting their therapy goals and adapt programs as needed to address their needs.

To succeed in this role, you must have current registration as a physiotherapist and a high level of communication skills that demonstrate a commitment to care and empathy for clients and staff.

You should also possess strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and be willing to undertake or hold a current police check and working with children's check.

In addition, you must have a mandatory current driver's license, comprehensive insurance, and your own reliable vehicle. A First Aid Certificate with CPR updated annually is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with various conditions
  • Completing thorough client assessments
  • Creating exercise programs to assist clients in achieving their goals
  • Maintaining reports on clients and their progress
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals for a holistic approach to treatment
