Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for suitably qualified and experienced Aged and Home Care Workers to join our dynamic team as Compassionate In-Home Care Specialists.

This role involves providing quality in-home care to our customers, supporting them to maintain their well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible.

A Typical Day

  • Assisting with personal care, domestic assistance, and other daily tasks
  • Providing respite care and meal preparation when needed
  • Accompanying customers on shopping trips and appointments

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate III in a health-related industry (Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Police Clearance or DCSI certificate prior to onboarding
  • Suitable vehicle and driver's licence for local travel

Benefits:

  • $65,000 - $80,000 per annum salary package (dependent on experience)
