Job Opportunity

Support the Assistant Director and Director by leading staff to achieve strategic objectives through clear communication of aspirations and strategy.

Enhance investment contributions via change initiatives, provide oversight and support for transformation projects, adopt adaptive strategies, and establish enterprise-level standards.

Mature the Transformation Strategy, progress reporting, and support Investment Prioritisation processes.

Team Overview

The Enterprise Transformation Portfolio Management Office sits within the Enterprise Strategy Division as part of the Enterprise Transformation Branch.

Key Responsibilities

Link strategic outcomes to operational requirements and support the Transformation Strategy and Investment Prioritisation processes.

Provide oversight and support for transformation projects, adopt adaptive strategies, and establish enterprise-level standards.

Contribute to progress reporting and engage with leaders across the organisation to facilitate transformation objectives.
