Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Director to lead our operational success. As the driving force behind our logistics, you will oversee warehouse operations and drive performance improvements through data analysis and strategic implementation.

You will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, overseeing warehouse operations, driving performance improvements, and championing safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture.

  • Lead and develop high-performing operations teams
  • Oversee warehouse operations ensuring SLA compliance and customer excellence
  • Drive performance improvements through data analysis and strategic implementation
  • Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven operations management experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office
