We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier healthcare professionals to drive business growth and success.

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced talent sourcer to work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans that attract the best clinical and allied health professionals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent pipelines and develop targeted sourcing plans.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform sourcing decisions and optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Possess 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a healthcare or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in souring strategies, pipeline development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and LTI.
