Job Title

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Health Hub talent acquisition team. In this role, you will deliver end-to-end talent advisory services across the Australian Defence Force Health Services Contract (AHSC), attracting, sourcing and maintaining a quality pipeline of healthcare talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in the Health Hub recruiting team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading proactive sourcing for healthcare roles, forecasting talent needs and nurturing talent pools.
  • Partnering with leaders to develop impactful sourcing strategies and targeted attraction campaigns and pipelines.
  • Guiding hiring managers through recruitment best practice processes and systems.
  • Ensuring high levels of governance and compliance checklists are gathered and documented.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in recruiting healthcare professionals in Australia - internal or agency side.
  • A strong understanding of governance, AHPRA and clinical credentialling requirements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service approach.
  • Confidence in managing multiple roles with changing priorities.
  • A clinical background is desirable but not required.
