Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a skilled professional to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of recruitment principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted applicants using Relationship Management Systems (RMS)
  • Maintain accurate records of employee performance and conduct annual reviews
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels by retaining top talent and managing caregiver onboarding processes
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources or higher
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in aged care/healthcare
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
