About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dedicated Care Assistant on a Permanent Part Time basis working in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The role involves providing compassionate support and care to residents whilst working collaboratively with colleagues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing lasting relationships with residents and their families, following individual care plans, and using the latest technology to deliver high-quality care.

  • Providing personal care assistance to residents, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • Following individual care plans, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns to management.
  • Working closely with colleagues to create a positive and respectful team environment.
  • Utilizing our purpose-built care app myRyman to stay connected with residents and their families.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support (required)
  • At least 1 year of PCA experience in an aged care facility (required)
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reliable and friendly approach
