Job Title: Dedicated Community Care Assistant

 

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented support worker to join our care team. As a key member, you will provide high-quality support services to clients with various needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Tending to the needs of clients and their requests, including cleaning, cooking, taking them out for daily activities, showering, dressing, assisting with medication if needed, and providing general care.

 

Required Qualifications:

- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certification
- Administering Medication certificate
- Manual handling Certificate
- NDIS Screening

 

Essential Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to provide compassionate care, and attention to detail.

 

Work Environment:

Clients meet us at their homes in community-based settings.

 

Benefits:

Part-time contracts available for 20-38 hours per week, paid annual leave, sick pay, and superannuation benefits.

 

Location:

Western, Northern, Eastern, and Inner suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.
