**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our organisation as a Trading Operations Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in trading operations who has an interest in technology and enjoys solving problems.

The successful candidate will play a key role within our organisation, acting as the first point of contact for customer assistance. They will utilise their technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with others to bring issues to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Level 1 support for technical queries.
  • Maintaining processes & procedures documentation.
  • Troubleshooting or collaborating with other experts to provide solutions to issues.
  • Maintenance of various internal data feeds.
  • Actioning trade queries, issues, and service requests within agreed SLA's.
  • Creating and amending back-office trading reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A good understanding of the trading process and dependencies (Minimum of 2+ years' experience working within a back or front office trading environment).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen desire to learn or interest in technology.

Bonus Points:

  • Having done a similar role.
  • Having a background in IT.
  • Experience having worked with Front office, back office or portfolio admin apps.
