Health and Wellbeing Program Manager

A key opportunity to deliver high-quality health and wellbeing programs for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

  • This role is an integral part of our supported independent living services, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of our residents.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing a range of health and lifestyle initiatives to improve the quality of life for our residents.
About the Role

This is a senior position that requires relevant tertiary qualifications in an allied health, nursing or community services discipline.

  • You will need significant experience in a similar role within the aged care or disability support sector.
  • You must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing, implementing and evaluating holistic health and wellbeing programs for residents in our supported independent living facilities.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
  • Monitoring and reporting on resident's health and wellbeing, and adapting programs as needed.
Requirements
  • Expertise in developing and implementing health and wellbeing programs that promote independence and quality of life.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
